Associate Attorney

Brittney R. Glover, Esq.

Brittney R. Glover is a results-driven personal injury attorney with nearly two decades of experience working on behalf of injured plaintiffs. Licensed in Nevada, Brittney focuses her practice on complex, single-event catastrophic injury cases involving motor vehicle collisions, product defects, premises liability, negligent security, and wrongful death. Brittney is known for her strategic case development, persuasive writing, and ability to effectively handle all aspects of litigation — from pleadings and discovery to depositions, court hearings, and mediations.

Brittney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She later went on to study law at California Western School of Law. While in law school, she served as Vice President of the Employment & Labor Law Society, was a member in the Black Law Students Association, received the Academic Excellence Award, and was on the Dean’s Honor List. She also studied abroad as part of the Consortium for Innovative Legal Education Law School Exchange Program in Prague, Czech Republic.

However, Brittney’s legal career began long before she went to study law. In 2006, she joined a prestigious trial law firm and its predecessor firms as a file clerk and steadily advanced through various roles over the years. Brittney ultimately became an associate attorney in 2020 after earning her J.D. from California Western School of Law. Brittney was active in the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Environmental, Social, and Governance, and marketing committees, as well as assisted in implementing legislation supporting civil recovery for sexual abuse victims.

Outside of the courtroom, Brittney is passionate about mentorship, diversity in the legal profession, and community engagement. She has volunteered for pro bono work and as a judge for the UNLV Boyd School of Law Moot Court Competition. She has attended the Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Police vs. Fire Charity Baseball Game, and other events throughout the community.

Her professional recognitions include being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024), a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers (2023–2024), and a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Black Lawyers (2023–2024). She also serves as a committee member of the Justice Michael L. Douglas PreLaw Fellowship Program, supporting future generations of diverse attorneys.

When not working, Brittney enjoys traveling, attending live concerts, live sports games (Go Warriors!), cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
